Dover Dev Gala: 4th Sept 10 download
What an exciting start to the season the Dover Development Gala provided. Starting with the novelty of aerobic land warm-up to relieve the crush while waiting to get to the changing facilities. This obviously inspired our swimmers who achieved a remarkable 12 speeding tickets and a further 26 personal best swims, and 19 first places. The gala ended with a tense finish with a spread of two points between Dover's first place, our second place and Black Lion's third place. With no stroke related disqualifications this was a brilliant night for the club. Congratulations to all our swimmers. Speeders were Abbie Collins, Claire McDowall, Tim McMahon (2), Levi Attwell (2), Matt Kirby, Harry Arnold-Baldwin, Josh Donald (2), Ellen O'Connor and Alice Johnson.

Hythe Dev Gala: 8th May 10
I am overwhelmed at the commitment and effort that our team of just 13 swimmers demonstrated to acheive and impressive second place in our second gala of the night. With only 5 first place swims (from Ellie, Lucy, Luke McAdam dn two from Luke Whiting), a significant amount of swimming up age groups and 37 indivdual personal best swims they deserve a huge CONGRATULATIONS! White Cliffs Open: 26th & 27th June 10
In spite of the almost overwhelming heat, there were some good swims from both our individual and relay teams. With at least one team making it through to every final we were able to win the relay shield for the fourth time in five years, gaining 44 relay points with Dover and Margate second and third on 41 and 35 respectively. Congratulations to all our swimmers. Many thanks to our coaching and teaching staff and our volunteer officials for all their work on the two race days. download

What a fantastic evening. A determined squad of mixed abilities and experience levels turned in a fantastic night's swimming, with 12 speeding tickets and a further 32 PB and 17 first place swims! In the final recount we lost out to Black Lion by 6 points. Really well done to everybody. download
Ashford Dev Gala: 28th Mar 10
A very close run thing with Faversham, just being pipped into fourth place by two points!
Five speeding tickets: Ellen O'Connor for Fly and IM, Joe Condie for IM, Abby Masters for IM and Luke Baker for Breaststroke - one speeding ticket in spirit for Tim McMahon who swam up an age group in the Backstroke an event where he was still under within own age group's time which he broke. 21 further personal best swims.
Only two relay wins from the 11s and 15s medley teams, and four individual wins for Joe Condie in Breaststroke, Tim McMahon in Backstroke, Abby Masters in Freestyle and Paul Scott in Breaststroke. download
